As Consultants our role is to provide up to (20) consultation hours via telephone, email and/or in person to include:
 
Discussion of theme, color and style for event/wedding
 
Research of professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections
  
 
       As Event Day Coordinators our duties include:
 
Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to event
 
Development of a detailed event timeline
 
Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before [event] day
 
Rehearsal Supervision (3 hours maximum) wedding only
 
On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 12 hours on the day of  [event]
 
An event manager, on site, the day of the event          
 
 
   As Event Designers our duties include:
 
Conceptualization of client vision
 
Planning of event design
 
Suggesting choice option of decor
 
Locating client final decor choices
 
Implementation of final event design                         
 
 
 
Full Service Planning
Includes two or more of the above described services  

Additional fees for travel beyond 60 miles of our business location will be discussed with client and determined by Just Perfect Innovative Events
 
 
 
Fees for Décor and Rental Items are determined by choices made by client and invoiced separately
